Commission Manufacture

Commission manufacture by Composite Textiles can be a preferred solution for some of our customers.

Composite Textiles has specialist dipping, priming and finishing machinery. This machinery is ideal for most woven and knitted fabrics, and for a wide range of chemical dips.

We commission manufacture a wide range of products for customers across many market areas. In these cases, our customers normally supply fabric to us, and ask us to process the fabric to an agreed specification.

The range of dips and products that we can process through our specialist machinery is very wide, and extends beyond the rubber and fabric industries.

Composite Textiles will commission dip minimum production quantities of 100 metres of fabric.

Maximum quantities are 5,000 to 10,000 metres.

Our normal fabric width for commission manufacture is up to 1900 mm.

Dipping lead times are normally about 10 days from receipt of fabric from our customers.

We offer a production trial service of lengths of fabric from about 10 metres.
