RFL Dipped Fabric

Composite Textiles manufactures RFL dipped fabric as standard for Natural / SBR Rubber, Chloroprene (Neoprene) Rubber and Nitrile Rubber.

Composite Textiles has many years experience in RFL dipping for specialist rubber applications. We are unusual for the industry in offering small runs and a wide range of RFL dips for different rubber compounds.

The traditional RFL systems are commonly used for Nylon and Activated Polyester fabrics.

Because all our production is made to order, we offer to add colour to the product (for example black colour) to fit in with our customer needs.

Composite Textiles will dip minimum production quantities of 100 metres of fabric.

Maximum quantities are 5,000 to 10,000 metres.

Our normal fabric width for RFL dipped fabric is up to 1700 mm.

Dipping lead times are normally about 10 days.

We offer a production trial service of lengths of fabric from about 10 metres.
